Resumo: | This study addresses aspects related to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in people management in organizations, in order to identify what are the socially acceptable limits for the use of this technology by organizations and seek to understand what are the future challenges to be faced by organizations. society and organizations. For this purpose, a literature review was carried out, based on scientific and journalistic production, in several databases, analyzing contents from different periods, considered valid for the investigation presented in this study. With this, an attempt was made to carry out a study with an international bias, consulting materials produced in Europe and America, as a way of establishing an overview of the study situation and meeting the final objective of the investigation. |

Para o efeito, realizou-se uma revisão da literatura, com base na produção científica e jornalistica, em diversas bases de dados, analisando conteúdos de diversas épocas, considerados válidos para a investigação oportunamente apresentada através deste estudo.
