Resumo: This article presents an analysis derived from a field research based on a literature review that approaches the theme of the people's social inclusion with visual deficiencies and the techniques of applied merchandising in commercial environment.Besides, other points were approached, as the relative concepts to the universal drawing and the technical norms of accessibility. The results were revealed among the ones that are done to obtain an inclusive atmosphere, what is necessary for the merchandising and what is being put into practice in the commercial environment

Além disso, outros pontos foram abordados, como os conceitos relativos ao desenho universal e normas técnicas de acessibilidade.
