Resumo: The recruitment and selection process is critical to the performance of an organization. Nowadays, high competition among companies and the pressure for change and constant adaptation to market monitoring requires increasingly skilled and dynamic professionals that fit into the company and business culture. But the search for these same professionals is a constant challenge for companies human resources, and it isn't always easy to recruit the ideal candidate. In addition, companies often feel no need to hire a candidate but a multidisciplinar team of candidates who will have to relate to each other, on cohesive manner, because only then they will be able to achieve positive results. This dissertation is in partnership with a leading company in technology and innovation in the fiel of consulting, Altran Portugal (partner company from now), that is currently in wide spread in our country, so the need for recruitment of new employees is a real need. Given what has been said the overall goal of this dissertation is the construction of a system that is able to streamline and revamp the entire process of recruitment and selection of candidates in the area of information technologies.
