This mixed-sequential study focuses on the impact of these flexible work arrangements on software sales. The research aims to understand how employee factors, such as job satisfaction, employee autonomy, and access to support technologies, affect individual performance. It delves into the go-to-market strategies of IT companies. In the qualitative phase, fourteen experts were interviewed about the constructs of the research model. They were questioned about whether these factors could impact performance. In the quantitative phase, a survey collected a total of 611 responses (of which 288 were considered valid) to validate the hypothesis. The results confirm that, when it comes to the commercial arena of software firms, these three factors significantly impact individual performance, with the exception of job satisfaction, which has a negligible impact. Additionally, descriptive and qualitative results emphasize the importance of including work arrangements as a key topic in future discussions about the future of work.Rodrigues, Jorge Manuel CarrolaRUNBosak, Nathalia Prestes2024-02-22T18:03:09Z2024-01-302024-01-30T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10362/163943TID:203526848enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAP2024-03-11T05:49:49Zoai:run.unl.pt:10362/163943Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openaireopendoar:71602024-03-20T03:59:57.232102Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse |
