Resumo: This study focuses on the organizational climate in the organization North Metal S.A. and has as its main objective to understand what is the classification of the existing organizational climate in the organization and which dimensions should be targeted for intervention. This study was conducted in an organization that preferred not to reveal its identity, and thus North Metal was created to ensure the anonymity of the company in question. This study includes a literature review of the concepts addressed, the characterization of the company, the methodological approach, the discussion of results and, finally, the conclusion. This is a single case exploratory and descriptive study. In order to obtain answers to the objectives, a closed interview script was developed where the following dimensions were addressed: Work Environment; Equipment and Means of Protection; Occupational Health and Safety; Leadership Effectiveness; Communication; Compensation and Benefits; Integrity and Ethics; Teamwork; Job Satisfaction; Career Development and Training; Quality; Clients; Overall Satisfaction; North as a company to work for; and Benchmarketing. They were conducted with a total of 92 questions. Sixty-one workers from this company participated in this study. In relation to the results obtained, it was observed that the North Metal organization has a good organizational climate in accordance with the literature. With regard to the most and least scored dimensions, it was observed that there is a less positive perception in the variable compensation and benefits followed by the variable career development and training. However, markedly positive perceptions were evidenced in the variables overall satisfaction, teamwork and job satisfaction.

Este estudo foi realizado numa organização que preferiu não revelar a sua identidade e deste modo, criou-se a North Metal para garantir o anonimato da empresa em questão. O presente estudo inclui uma revisão da literatura sobre os conceitos abordados, a caracterização da empresa, a abordagem metodológica, a discussão de resultados e por fim, a conclusão. Trata-se de um estudo de caso único exploratório e descritivo. No sentido de obter resposta aos objetivos, elaborou-se um guião de entrevista fechada onde foram abordadas as seguintes dimensões: Ambiente de trabalho; Equipamentos e Meios de Proteção; Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho; Eficácia da Liderança; Comunicação; Compensação e Benefícios; Integridade e Ética; Trabalho em Equipa; Satisfação no Trabalho; Desenvolvimento de Carreira e Formação; Qualidade; Clientes; Satisfação Global; North como empresa para trabalhar; e Benchemarketing. Foram realizadas entrevistas com o total de 92 questões. Neste estudo participaram 61 trabalhadores da referida empresa. Relativamente aos resultados apurados, observou-se que a organzação North Metal possue um bom clima organizacional de acordo com a literatura. No que diz respeito às dimensões mais e menos pontuadas, observa-se que existe uma perceção menos positiva na variável compensação e beneficios seguida da variável desenvolvimento de carreira e formação.
