On the consumer side, there is a greater demand for different and remarkable experiences, a unique novelty seeking in the fine-dining business. Whether due to the restaurant atmosphere and decoration, the attention to the customers, product selection and presentation, or even the storytelling experience. Thus, it is crucial for the fine dining industry to understand the underlying motivations, perceptions, attitudes and behavioral intentions of customers as a consequence of the meal experience and how it could affect a mindful individual.
