Resumo: The supervised school placement aims to provide the preservice teacher with a real experience in teaching Physical Education in schools, as he is accompanied by two specialized professionals. A cooperative teacher at the school level and the faculty advisor. In this internship, all the knowledge acquired during the undergraduate course and in the 1st phase of training as a teacher were put into practice. The document presented is called the Internship Report and intends to report the process adjacent to the internship itself. During the school year, there were several problems across the planning, implementation and evaluation, respectively. The attitude to be adopted by the teacher facing the students, the low level of physical fitness and the different levels of ability were 3 of the biggest consternations during the internship. Closely linked to these themes, the need arose to assess the teacher's knowledge and the students' game performance in the volleyball modality. For this reason, in Area 1, a research study is inserted that intends to answer this problem, called "Analysis of the development of students' game performance and the level of specialized content knowledge of the teacher's content in a teaching unit of the volleyball: hybrid application of the Sports Education Model and the Teaching Games for Understanding". With the implementation of models being a major pillar of this stage, this area also discusses other styles and strategies used during the year, in the different modalities and stages of professional development. The academic year was also marked by a different situation, in which the Covid-19 pandemic forced the adoption of distance learning. The section "The digital teacher: challenges and achievements to maximize teaching and learning in Covid-19 context" addresses the difficulties and special experiences felt during the virus's existence in the world.
