Resumo: This text gives an account of the numbers and their objective interpretation regarding the TELSC Program, which was approved by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) in May 2014, although the agreement between the three universities of the consortium with FCT was only signed in June 2015. The program committee decided to initiate preliminary and preparatory activities beginning in July 2014 so that the first edition was in execution from September / October of that same year, involving the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon (UL), the Department of Education and Psychology and the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro (UA) and the Institute of Education of the University of Minho (UM).

Le comité de programme a décidé d’initier des activités préliminaires et préparatoires à partir de juillet 2014 afin que la 1ère édition se déroule à partir de septembre / octobre de cette même année, impliquant l’Institut de l’éducation de l’Université de Lisbonne (UL), le Département de l’Education et de la Psychologie et le Département de Communication et d’Art de l’Université d’Aveiro (UA) et l’Institut d’Education de l’Université de Minho (UM).O presente texto dá conta de números1 e sua interpretação objetiva no que respeita ao Programa TELSC, que foi aprovado pela Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) em maio de 2014, apesar de o contrato entre as três universidades do consórcio com a FCT somente ter sido assinado em junho de 2015.
