Resumo: The Professional Internship is part of the 2nd year of Physical Education MA taught at Faculdade de Desporto da Universidade do Porto (FADEUP). It is an excellent opportunity to put in practice the knowledge gathered in the last five years of studies. It also allows students to experience context based teaching overseen by a senior teacher and a thesis supervisor. This enables the students to expand their knowledge about the role of the teacher and stimulate critical and reflexive practice. This document attempts to reflect in a reliable way every single stage of the Professional Internship. Represents the evolution from student intern all the way to Physical Education teacher. It is divided in five chapters, each one with different experiences, vision and characteristics. The first chapter is Introduction which comprises the purpose of the document. The second and third chapters cover a personal and institutional side of the Internship. It contains a description of the context where the professional practice took place and student's personal representation. The fourth chapter exposes the full journey up to Professional Internship completion and it contains the 3 major areas of teacher performance. From these three, a special highlight to the third one about the impact of Hybrid Model on student's game development. The fifth and final chapter depicts a final balance of the Internship year, all its transformations, ambitions and opportunities that appeared along the way.
