Resumo: This document portrays the entire trajectory of a Trainee Student (EE), the author, during her last year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education (MEEFEBS) at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto (FADEUP), in a Secondary School. It aims to document the path taken, as well as the professional experiences lived during the 2021-2022 school year, documented using reflections, learning and skills developed. This challenge, which was the Professional Internship (EP), was based at a Cooperating School (EC) in the Maia area, which hosted a Physical Education Internship Center (NEEF) composed of four EE's, a Cooperating Teacher (PC) and a Teacher Advisor (PO). Throughout this experience, challenges emerged that made me leave my comfort zone, reinvent and re-signify the pedagogical practice in the classroom, with guidance and help from all those involved, which I believe were essential for solving the problems I faced. came across. In search of learning, in order to innovate and experiment with new methodologies, a research study was carried out that addressed the challenge of inclusion through the use of three teaching models - the Direct Instruction Model (MID), the Teaching Games for Understanding ( TGfU) and the Cooperative Learning Model (MAC) - in a handball Didactic Unit (UD), and the perception of students as active participants in the proposed activities and of the teacher as manager of the process. In conclusion, it was a year of much sharing, reflection and achievements with significant learning that essentially contributed to my professional and personal formation.
