Este relatório corresponde às nossas vivências no Estágio Pedagógico, desenvolvido na Escola E.B 2,3 Dra. Maria Alice Gouveia junto da turma do 7ºB, realizado no ano letivo 2017/2018. Iremos elaborar uma descrição e uma reflexão crítica sobre a nossa intervenção pedagógica, reconhecendo a importância que tem para o professor estagiário refletir constantemente sobre o seu desempenho, reconhecendo as particularidades da função docente. Desta forma, serão apresentados tópicos que vão desde a formação inicial ao enquadramento do Estágio, passando pelos capítulos do planeamento, realização e avaliação, pretendendo descrever, da melhor forma possível, as aprendizagens realizadas, as dificuldades sentidas e questões que surgiram ao longo da nossa experiência. Também será desenvolvido um tema referente à disciplina/indisciplina em contexto escolar, incidindo sobre as diferentes abordagens e se existe, ou não, uma relação entre as estratégias que são mais utilizadas pelos professores e o seu impacto na construção da disciplina. Neste estudo existiu um consenso geral dos professores inquiridos, em relação à abordagem mais utilizada para a construção da disciplina. Quanto as estratégias mais frequentes verificámos que as mais utilizadas dizem respeito às fases iniciais de cada aula e as que tem maior impacto estão relacionadas com à forma como o professor conduz a sua aula. Deste modo, cabe aos professores a adequação do estilo às necessidades da turma, sabendo que independentemente da estratégia que utilize, o fundamental será a aprendizagem dos seus alunos.The Teacher Training is characterized by being a passage from theory to practice, after all years in constant formation, in this way the trainee teacher is placed in the real context of the school, with the main objective of developing a learning at all levels, the pedagogical practice and the functions of the position to be filled. This report corresponds to our experiences in the Teacher Training, developed at the elementary school 2,3 Dr. Maria Alice Gouveia with the 7ºB class, held in the 2017/2018 school year. We will elaborate a description and a critical reflection on our pedagogical intervention, recognizing the importance for the trainee teacher to constantly reflect on his performance, recognizing the particularities of the teaching function. In this way, topics will be presented from the initial formation to the framework of the Training, going through the planning, realization and evaluation chapters, aiming to describe, in the best possible way, the lessons learned, the difficulties experienced and issues that have arisen throughout our experience. A topic related to discipline / indiscipline in school context will also be developed, focusing on the different approaches and a relationship between the strategies that are most used by teachers and their impact on the construction of the discipline. In this study there was a general consensus of the interviewed teachers, regarding the most used approach for the construction of the discipline. As for the most frequent strategies, we found that the most used ones relate to the initial phases of each class and those that have the greatest impact are related to the way the teacher conducts his class.
