Resumo: This article presents a description of ms. 2437 of the New Testament, a codex in small letters of byzantine origin, dating from the 11th or 12th century, and included in the manuscript collection from the National Library of Rio de Janeiro. Apart from codicological aspects, it focuses on the volume organization, deepening and correcting former descriptions previously published by Bruce Metzger and Kurt Aland.

Además de aspectos codicológicos, se concentra en la organización del volumen, detallando y corrigiendo las descripciones anteriormente publicadas por Bruce Metzger y Kurt Aland.Cet article procède à la description du ms. 2437 du Nouveau Testament, codex en minuscules, d’origine byzantine, daté du XIe ou XIIe siècle, qui intègre le grand nombre de manuscrits de la Bibliothèque de Rio de Janeiro. Parallèlement à ces aspects propres au codex, il s’intéresse également à l’organisation du volume, détaillant et corrigeant les descriptions antérieurement publiées par Bruce et Kurt Aland.Este artigo procede à descrição do ms. 2437 do Novo Testamento, códice em minúsculas, de procedência bizantina, datado no século XI ou XII, o qual integra o acerbo de manuscritos da Biblioteca Nacional do Rio de Janeiro.
