Resumo: This research paper examines the process of founding and operating a lean start-up and uses the example of flace, a tech company started by the authors of this paper, as an illustration for the development of a business plan. Hereby, this paper analyzes the case through a financial perspective and provides the answer on the feasibility of external corporate financing for a company without proof of participation in the economy. As a result of the positive progression of the implementation, flace is in the process of being founded and a product for market participation is being developed.
