Because we did a case study in the Moinhos de Vento Urban Park, located in Porto Alegre – RS, Its main goal was to understand the relationships of users of the Moinhos de Vento Park (Parcão) with respect to physical aspects, Psychosocial and the presence of vegetation in the Urban Centre, identifying aspects in the comfort and environmental perceptions on the Park. The methodology was carried out a questionnaire with 7 questions: Six open and one with multiple choice. The interviews were conducted by the author, from May 2009 until the month of August 2009. For each interview were identified keywords, which were grouped according to similarity of meaning, forming categories of responses. For the tabulation of data, graphs were prepared and subsequently analyzed using the Method of Descriptive Statistics.
