Resumo: The importance of reabilitating these days, in Portugal, led to the construction of the idea of recovery of a houve in Marinha de Ovar, wich motivated the development of the present thesis. Based on the concept of coordinated intervention, taking into account the need to develop an intervention of small relevance, we developed a real case study based on a triad composed of: academia, trade and industry, which can provide a broad line when trying to think in different variables for the construction of an architectural intervention with the main goal: to build towards a common good.
