Resumo: The Fintech market has been growing at a fast pace, and the Iberia region is no exception to this. The trend towards digitization has been accelerated by the pandemic and has forced traditional financial players to adapt. This project presents suggestions to be explored by the client (a Bank) so that it can position itself in the new panorama. Considering industry trends and the Bank’s goals, solutions were found in the fields of account aggregation, sustainability, points of sale and small business support. The suggestions are currently not within the Bank’s offerings and aim to attract and retain customers.
