Resumo: The objective of this chapter is to analyze and define an action plan for Publisher, one of the entrepreneurial business units of Cercica, that has been performing poorly. The analysis is composed by an overview of Publisher and an organization diagnosis that were made through the gathering of detailed information provided by Cercica managers. It also includes a financial over view which will be the base of this chapter. The following sub-chapters address the main causes for the unprofitability of this business unit through an analysis of financials provided by Cercica’s accountant, as well as an action plan that will make the reorganization of Publisher possible and consequently achieve positive results.
