A aplicação destes conceitos foi incrementada na escola secundária Avelar Brotero, no ano letivo 2021/2022, junto da turma do 11ºG do curso Científico-Humanístico.A experiência do estágio pedagógico é essencial para a formação integral do aluno, considerando que, cada vez mais, são requisitados profissionais de excelência. Segundo Bianchi et al. (2005) o Estágio Pedagógico é uma experiência em que o aluno mostra a sua criatividade, originalidade, independência e caráter. O estágio pedagógico vai muito além de um simples cumprimento de exigências académicas impostas pela faculdade, é uma ótima oportunidade de crescimento pessoal e profissional, por ser uma fase extremamente reflexiva, além de ser um instrumento importante de integração entre universidade, escola e comunidade (Filho, 2010). Este documento, dá ênfase a todo o processo realizado desde o início ao término do ano letivo, percorrendo todas as fases, desde o planeamento, reflexão, até à realização da avaliação das componentes práticas, com o intuito de aprimorar o processo ensino-aprendizagem, transmitindo conhecimentos e aprendizagens significativas aos alunos através de um ensino de qualidade.Posto isto, este documento está organizado em três capítulos: o primeiro capítulo descreve a contextualização da prática desenvolvida, é composto pelas expectativas iniciais, pelo projeto formativo e pela caracterização do contexto; o segundo capítulo refere-se à análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, nomeadamente, às atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, à organização e gestão escolar, aos projetos e parcerias educativas e à atitude ético-profissional; por último, o terceiro capítulo aborda o aprofundamento do Tema-Problema, caracterizado sob o tema: Dificuldades Sentidas na Unidade Didática de Andebol- Perspetiva dos Alunos Estagiários do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade de Coimbra.The following document was elaborated for the curricular unit of Relatório de Estágio do 2º year, 4º Semester in the Mestrado Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário of the Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra, and comes from the application, in a practical context, of the acquired knowledge adquired during my academic evolution. These concepts aplication was put on experience in Escola Secundária Avelar Brotero’s 11ºG class of the Curso Científico-Humanístico, during the teaching period of 2021/2022. Teacher training in teaching experience is essential for the student’s education, considering that, now more than ever, we need professionals of excellence. For Bianchi et al. (2005) the Pedagogic Internship (PI) is an experience where the student can show their creativity, originality, independence, and character. The PI goes way beyond the simple accomplishment of the required demands put in place by the faculty, by being an extremely introspective phase, it is also an opportunity of personal and professional growth, besides being an important instrument of integration between university, school, and community. (Filho, 2010). This document shows all the process since the beginning until the end of the school year, going through all the phases, planning, introspection, and evaluation of the practical component, with the objective of improving the teaching-learning process.
