Resumo: The subsequent report is aimed at describing the group project conducted under the Management Consulting Field Labs initiative. It consisted of, as the name indicates, a consulting project completed by two NOVA SBE’s students for the Fintech House Lisboa (Fintech House), an initiative of Portugal Fintech in partnership with Sítio. The project’s main objective was to improve the Fintech House’s product offering to better serve the start ups in different growthstages.InordertorespondtotheCompany’sneeds,havinginconsiderationthedimensionofthescope,ahigh-levelapproachwasadopted.Furthermore,thecloserelationshipwiththeclientwascriticaltodevelopaprojectthatmatchestheFintechHouse’sspecificneedsandthereforecreatesvaluefortheclient.
