Gabinete de apoio à parentalidade: esclarecer para melhor cuidar

O presente relatório apresenta a intervenção realizada durante o curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstetrícia, referente à criação de um gabinete de apoio à parentalidade que pudesse ser um espaço aberto no esclarecimento e à realização de sessões de esclarecimento em grupo quando detetada essa necessidade. O projeto foi desenvolvido no serviço de Obstetrícia do Hospital do Espirito Santo de Évora (HESE). As dúvidas decorrentes da gravidez devem ser esclarecidas e orientadas, promovendo-se a educação para a saúde na gravidez, parto e pós-parto. Devendo o período pré-natal ser encarado como privilegiado para o profissional de saúde pela sua vertente de prevenção e promoção da saúde. A população-alvo, as Grávidas e Puérperas/casal, caraterizam-se frequentemente pela dúvida e ansiedade em relação ao futuro membro da família. Este projeto surge com vista a promover a qualidade dos cuidados prestados na área de saúde materna e obstetrícia, procurando de alguma forma reduzir o número de recorrência à urgência por falta de esclarecimento e insegurança, e na procura de permitir à grávida/puérpera experienciar toda a magia desta fase de forma mais serena e tranquila; ABSTRACT: The present report shows the intervention which was realized during the Mastered in Obstetric and mother health Nursing, reporting the creation of a support parenting office, that could be an open space to clarify the doubts prevenient of pregnancy as well the realization of group sessions, when that need was detected. The current project was developed in Obstetrician Service in “Hospital do Espírito Santo de Évora, HESE”. The doubts prevenient of pregnancy, should be clarified and guyed, promoting the education to a health pregnancy, birth and after-birth. So the pre natal period must be seeing, as the highest period to the professional, because of it prevent and health promoting side. The target population, pregant and pospartum woman, is frequent characterized by the doubt and nervousness, relative to the future family member. This project emerge with the objective to increase the quality of the health cares in the maternal/obstetric area, looking for somehow reduce the urgencies service dislocations by the future fathers with doubts. So that can allowed to the Pregnancy experimenter all the magic that this faze proportion in the most calm way.
