Resumo: | The article identifies and synthesizes structural properties of the images produced in some spheres of contemporary art, and how they are transferred to the surrounding cultural environment. The analysis and theoretical discussion of images in current artistic and cultural fields provides a perspective on some of the fundamental properties of these fields. The discussion of the image in the artistic and cultural fields concludes by the existence of a dynamic of a whirlwind of images that are propelling and relevant in the processes of creation and cultural dissemination in contemporary societies. The article seeks to provide discussion clues for this process of image circulation in contemporary art and culture. |
