The relationship with the Portuguese dictator António de Oliveira Salazar. Papal diplomacy towards the NAZIS. Vatican's geopolitics has taken on a transnational and global character in a totally systematic and active way. Church in Europe would be the great purposes, eliminate the communism this is also the Salazar politic. Vatican diplomacy with the United States.
