This report aims to illustrate the work done during the internship, which lasted six months, developed in the Division of Planning, Economic Development and Territorial Management of the Municipality of Peso da Régua, namely the production of an application for the Digital Business Neighborhoods project, inserted in the component 16 - business 4.0 - directed to the digital transition, of the Recovery and Resilience Plan.This report is divided into two parts: one, with a more theoretical nature, and the other with a more practical nature. The theoretical part includes the first three chapters, in which the first one provides the framework of the host municipality and presents some characteristics of the region. The second chapter deals with the axes on which the project will develop. The third chapter describes the actions that were outlined for the different phases of the project. The most practical part is developed in two chapters, the first of these, which corresponds to the fourth, presents the project to create the Digital Business District, where the location of the Digital Business District is defined, the reasons for its choice, the businesses that will benefit from its creation and the public works already carried out in the Digital Business District area, during the period from 2013 to 2022, in order to identify the state of conservation of the area.The last chapter deals with the interventions to be carried out, which include the presentation of a proposal for the creation of a public transport route, with the objective of adding value to the Neighborhood and offering more mobility to the city, namely with the perspective of being extended in the future, in order to benefit more places in the city. In addition, the urban rehabilitation works that should be done are presented, both those supported by the project and those committed to by the municipality, in order to provide better mobility and accessibility to the Neighborhood.O relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Geografia Física – Ambiente e Ordenamento do Território, o qual pressupõe a possibilidade de realização de um estágio curricular e a apresentação do respetivo relatório. Este, pretende ilustrar o trabalho elaborado ao longo do estágio, com duração de seis meses, desenvolvido na Divisão de Planeamento, Desenvolvimento Económico e Gestão do Território, da Câmara Municipal de Peso da Régua, nomeadamente a produção de uma candidatura ao projeto dos Bairros Comerciais Digitais, inserido, na componente 16 – empresas 4.0 – direcionada à transição digital, do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência. O presente relatório está dividido em duas partes: uma, de carácter mais teórico, e outra de natureza mais prática. A parte teórica conta com os primeiros três capítulos, em que no inicial se faz o enquadramento do município acolhedor e se apresentam algumas características do concelho. O segundo capítulo trata dos eixos em que o projeto se irá desenvolver. O terceiro capítulo descreve as ações que foram delineadas para as diferentes fases do projeto. A parte mais prática, desenvolve-se por dois capítulos, o primeiro destes, que corresponde ao quarto, apresenta o projeto de criação do Bairro Comercial Digital, onde se definem a localização do Bairro Comercial Digital, os motivos para sua escolha, o comércio que beneficiará com a sua criação e as obras públicas já realizadas na área do Bairro Comercial Digital, durante o período de 2013 a 2022, de forma a identificar o estado de conservação da área.O último capítulo versa sobre as intervenções a realizar, que passam pela apresentação de uma proposta de criação de uma via de transporte público, com o objetivo de acrescentar valor ao Bairro e de vir a oferecer mais mobilidade à cidade, designadamente com a perspetiva de vir a ser alargada no futuro, de maneira a beneficiar mais locais da cidade.
