The present study intends to overcome this limitation, introducing the P-IRLS-PM. The P-IRLS-PM is a new approach to the variance based structural equations models, which intends to widen the spectra of how the formative latent scores are represented by its associated manifest variables. Throughout this work the core concepts of the algorithm P-IRLS-PM will be introduced, followed by a Monte Carlo experiment comparing the new approach with the traditional PLS-PM.Mendes, Jorge MoraisRUNLourenço, Francisco de Sousa Gago Prata2019-06-06T15:48:56Z2019-05-202019-05-20T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10362/71863TID:202252450enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAP2024-03-11T04:33:44Zoai:run.unl.pt:10362/71863Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openaireopendoar:71602024-03-20T03:35:14.172105Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse
