Resumo: The business overview starts with the current state of fashion and its severe impact on climateand planet. After the urge for change has been highlighted, KONUNDRUM’s European business model is introduced. The concept is underlined in the value proposition, while demand generation and distribution channels are highlighted in the go-to-market strategy. An overview of the profit formula has been created to ensure clarity on the pricing strategy. Further, the potential of the Asian market and reasons for an expansion are displayed. The last part of this chapter also touches upon general and financial constraints that might arise.
