Resumo: Secularism and religious freedom — being fundamental guidelines of Constitutionalism, yet conquered late and with advances and setbacks — are now really solid law and policy of Angola, which is proved by the recognition of its dimensions both to the high level of the Constitution of 2010 as well as the ordinary law, not leaving here to address a specific act regulating the religious phenomenon, largely inspired by the Portuguese legislation.
