Resumo: This report emerges from the professional practicum integrated in second cycle of studies of Master's degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary School. It is a document that intends to reflect and analyze the experiences lived in the professional practicum, that was a structuring process in the way of transformation from a trainee-student to a Professor. This document describes all the difficulties experienced, solutions found, and lessons learned that took place in the Secondary School Rodrigues de Freitas. This report is organized in seven chapters. The first one is Introduction and it systematize the way that report is designed. Second chapter, Personal Framing, reflects on the personal journey where are explained the reasons that advocate the choices in this professional option and states (and compares) the expectations and the reality found. The third chapter, Professional Practicum Framework, reflects on professional practicum in the context of initial training and frames it on institutional and functional context. The fourth chapter covers the most representative part of teaching practice, integrating the processes inherent to the pedagogical activity in relation to the process and strategies adopted in the Teaching-Learning process in the different phases. The sixth chapter, Professional Development, intends to highlight the development of Trainee-Student skills on permanent reflection. This chapter counts with the contribution of a research study whose main purpose was to characterize the Pedagogical Feedback of the Trainee-Student. The seventh and last chapter, Final Balance and Future Perspectives, speaks, through an introspective text, about the confrontation with the real world of trainee-student and his pretensions to a professional future.
