Homosexuals Workers, Sustentability and Democracy: : dialogues for the effectiveness of public policies in combating discrimination in the labor environments

The present study aims to ascertain, through the juridical-sociological-anthropological bias, the constant prejudices suffered by homosexual workers in the juslabor environments. Therefore, we intend to criticize the capitalist system of oppression that excludes these groups and reinforces inequalities, especially in the labor sphere. Coping with the present problem will be based on the constitutional perspective of the fundamental right to decent work and Butler's theory about the social construction of gender and dissident Performativities. Subsequently, if they will discuss what measures the labor law adopts to minimize the discriminations suffered by subalternated subjects and, in this way, will seek to analyze the importance of legal protection. Therefore, the core of this pedagogical proposal is to understand the alternatives of coping by the state to minimize homophobia in these labor relations.
