Resumo: | It is believed that the current fast-paced growing globalization process has led people and organizations to think more carefully about the challenging of both economic and Professional survival as well as any other difficulties in their job markets. Due to this fact people and companies have forgotten the real reasons that stand for human life not only in personal but also in professional contexts.Based on the issue above this paper intends to discuss these paradigms and to purport others,which must be more suitable for human existence. |

Acontece que, neste cenário, as pessoas e as organizações estão se esquecendo dos verdadeiros motivos que dão sentido à vida humana, tanto no âmbito pessoalquanto no profissional.
