Resumo: The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the different labor regimes on the level of job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Pallasca Local Educational Management Unit, 2022. The study sample was 48 collaborators, the research was descriptive, not cross-sectional experiment. When analyzing the results, they show that when relating the variables labor regimes and job satisfaction, 70% of the collaborators who are under the labor regime of D. Leg. No. 276, have a high level of job satisfaction, 67% of those who are under the labor regime of D. Leg. No. 1057 have a medium level of job satisfaction and 77% of those who are under the labor regime of Law No. 29944 have a medium level of job satisfaction, so it is concluded that the various labor regimes have an effect on the levels of job satisfaction of the collaborators of the Pallasca Local Educational Management Unit, 2022.

La muestra de estudio fue de 48 colaboradores, la investigación fue de tipo descriptivo no experimental de corte transversal. Al analizar los resultados muestran que al relacionar las variables regímenes laborales y satisfacción laboral, el 70% de los colaboradores que se encuentran bajo el régimen laboral del D. Leg. N° 276, presentan un nivel de satisfacción laboral alto, un 67% de los que se encuentran bajo el régimen laboral del D. Leg. N° 1057 tienen un nivel de satisfacción laboral medio y un 77% de los que se encuentran bajo el régimen laboral de la Ley N° 29944 presentan un nivel de satisfacción laboral medio, por lo que se concluye que los diversos regímenes laborales generan efecto en los niveles de la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Pallasca, 2022.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar o efeito dos diferentes regimes de trabalho no nível de satisfação no trabalho dos colaboradores da Unidade de Gestão Educacional Local Pallasca, 2022. A amostra do estudo foi de 48 colaboradores, a pesquisa foi descritiva, não transversal experimentar. Ao analisar os resultados, mostram que ao relacionar as variáveis ​​regimes trabalhistas e satisfação no trabalho, 70% dos colaboradores que estão sob o regime trabalhista de D. Leg. n.º 276, apresentam um elevado nível de satisfação profissional, 67% dos que se encontram sob o regime laboral de D.
