Resumo: As March of 2020, Brazil became part of the countries affected by the COVID-19 virus and began to take a series of measures in order to contain the virus. In the municipality of Iturama-MG it was no different, and one of the first measures, after the city hall was the suspension of the fair for family farming in Iturama and region (FAFIR). Farmers and family farmers saw their main marketing channels paralyzed, in addition to their own, most of them considered to be considered at risk, making them, thus, at the mercy of their own luck, since both as fairs were held. forbidden to function with regard to institutional purchases, mainly as directed towards school meals, also stopped being carried out. Faced with this context, a survey sought to understand how farmers and family farmers in Iturama-MG and the region are marketing their products, based on the difficulties encountered in the face of a pandemic generated by the new coronavirus, which in turn has repercussions of several times and intensities. on the production, distribution and supply of food

En el municipio de Iturama-MG no fue diferente, y una de las primeras medidas tomadas por el gobierno municipal fue la suspensión de la feria de la agricultura familiar de Iturama y región (FAFIR). Los agricultores familiares vieron paralizados sus principales canales de comercialización, además de los propios, siendo considerados la mayoría del grupo de riesgo, quedando así a merced de su propia suerte, pues ambas ferias tenían prohibido funcionar como compras institucionales, especialmente las destinadas a la alimentación escolar, también dejaron de realizarse. Ante ese contexto, la investigación buscó comprender cómo los agricultores familiares de Iturama-MG y región están comercializando sus productos, a partir de las dificultades encontradas frente a la pandemia generada por el nuevo coronavirus, que a su vez está repercutiendo en diferentes formas e intensidades en la producción, distribución y suministro de alimentos.A partir de março de 2020, o Brasil passou a fazer parte dos países afetados pelo vírus do COVID-19 e começou a tomar uma série de medidas com o intuito de conter o vírus. No município de Iturama-MG não foi diferente, e uma das primeiras medidas tomadas pela prefeitura municipal foi a suspensão da feira da agricultura familiar de Iturama e região (FAFIR).  Os agricultores e agricultoras familiares viram seus principais canais de comercialização paralisados, além dos próprios, em sua grande maioria serem considerados do grupo de risco, fazendo com que eles ficassem, assim, à mercê de sua própria sorte, uma vez que tanto as feiras foram proibidas de funcionarem quanto as compras institucionais, principalmente as voltadas para a alimentação escolar, também pararam de serem realizadas.
