Resumo: The general objective of the research article was to analyze the procedures to improve the training and development of the collaborators of the Fundación Manos Unidas por Ecuador. From the methodological point of view, this research is quantitative, documentary. Non-experimental design: cross-sectional or cross-sectional, field. The inductive method; the population was constituted by the 60 workers of the Foundation, the randomly selected sample, with the sole criterion of wanting to participate in the research, being made up of a total of 50 people. The technique and data collection was the questionnaire type survey. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. Results: 60% of the workers are female; 90% consider it important to give priority to training procedures; 96% stated that they agree that plans and programs improve the quality of care and 86% consider that training procedures should start with a diagnosis.

Desde el punto de vista metodológico, la presente investigación es de carácter cuantitativo, documental. El diseño no experimental: transeccional o transversal, de campo. El método inductivo; la población estuvo constituida por los 60 trabajadores de la Fundación, la muestra seleccionada al azar, con el único criterio de querer participar en la investigación, quedando conformada por un total de 50 personas. La técnica e recolección de datos fue la encuesta tipo cuestionario. Para el análisis de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva. Resultados: el 60% de los trabajadores son femeninos; el 90% considera importante dar prioridad a los procedimientos de formación; el 96% manifestaron que están de acuerdo que los planes y programas mejoran la calidad de atención y el 86% consideran que los procedimientos de formación deben iniciar con un diagnóstico.O objetivo geral do artigo de pesquisa foi analisar os procedimentos para melhorar a formação e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores da Fundação Manos Unidas por Equador. Do ponto de vista metodológico, esta pesquisa é quantitativa, documental. Desenho não experimental: transversal ou transversal, campo. O método indutivo; a população foi constituída pelos 60 trabalhadores da Fundação, a amostra selecionada aleatoriamente, com o único critério de querer participar da pesquisa, sendo composta por um total de 50 pessoas. A técnica e a coleta de dados foi do tipo survey. A estatística descritiva foi utilizada para análise dos dados.
