Effects perceived by health personnel after completing the vaccination schedule against COVID-19

Resumo: Objective: Know the effects perceived by health personnel after completing the vaccination schedule against COVID-19. Methodology: quantitative study, non-experimental descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach, a sample of 40 participants was obtained, a sample of 40 participants was obtained, who corresponded to the health personnel of the Salcedo Type B Health Center, the questionnaire was applied as an instrument, which consisted of 16 questions formulated according to the variables of the investigation. Results: Most of the health personnel were female (67.5%), between 20 and 30 years old (40%); the majority had another occupation (40%), doctors (22.5%), nurses (12.5%); marital status married (52.5%). The vaccines with which they met the schedule, for the most part, were with Pfizer-BioNTech and AstraZeneca-Oxford, and in the minority with Sinovac/CoronaVac. Positive impact on health (82.5%). Good experience with the COVID-19 vaccination schedule (65%). Perceived effects: headaches (some 32.5%); joint pain (a lot 15%), muscle pain (a little 25%), tiredness (a little 22.5%), hours of sleep affected (some 17.5%); general discomfort (some 30%), rash (none 97.5%); urticaria (none 92.5%). They did not present other symptoms (85%). Conclusions: in compliance with the vaccination schedule against COVID-19, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca were the predominant vaccines, the health personnel had a good experience, and the perceived effects were: headaches, joint pain, muscle pain, tiredness, affected sleep hours, and general malaise; Regarding other symptoms, the following were reported: fever, sore throat, swollen glands, pain in the injected arm, and bone pain.

Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo no experimental con enfoque transversal, se obtuvo una muestra de 40 participantes, quienes correspondían al personal de salud del Centro de Salud Salcedo Tipo B, se aplicó el cuestionario como instrumento, el cual constó de 16 preguntas formuladas de acuerdo a las variables de la investigación. Resultados: El personal de salud en su mayoría fueron del sexo femenino (67,5%), entre 20 y 30 años de edad (40%); la mayoría tenía otra ocupación (40%), médicos (22,5%), enfermeros (12,5%); estado civil casados (52,5%). Las vacunas con las que cumplieron el esquema en su mayoría fueron con Pfizer-BioNTech y AstraZeneca-Oxford, y en minoría con Sinovac/CoronaVac. Impacto positivo sobre la salud (82,5%). Buena experiencia ante el esquema de vacunación COVID-19 (65%). Efectos percibidos: cefaleas (algo 32,5%); dolor articular (mucho 15%), dolor muscular (poco 25%), cansancio (poco 22.5%), horas de sueño afectado (algo 17,5%); malestar a nivel general (algo 30%), exantema (nada 97,5%); urticaria (nada 92,5%). No presentaron otros síntomas (85%). Conclusiones: en el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación contra el COVID-19, Pfizer y AstraZeneca fueron las vacunas predominantes, el personal de salud tuvo una buena experiencia y los efectos percibidos fueron: cefaleas, dolor articular, dolor muscular, cansancio, horas de sueño afectado y malestar a nivel general; en cuanto a otros síntomas se notificaron: fiebre, dolor de garganta, inflamación de ganglios, dolor en el brazo inyectado, y dolor óseo.Objetivo: Conhecer os efeitos percebidos pelo pessoal de saúde após cumprir o esquema de vacinação contra a COVID-19. Metodologia: Estudo quantitativo, desenho descritivo não experimental com abordagem transversal, obteve-se uma amostra de 40 participantes, que correspondiam ao pessoal de saúde do Centro de Saúde Salcedo Tipo B, foi aplicado o questionário como instrumento, que consistia em 16 questões formuladas de acordo com as variáveis ​​da pesquisa. Resultados: A maioria do pessoal de saúde era do sexo feminino (67,5%), entre 20 e 30 anos (40%); a maioria tinha outra ocupação (40%), médicos (22,5%), enfermeiros (12,5%); estado civil casado (52,5%). As vacinas com as quais o esquema foi mais atendido foram com a Pfizer-BioNTech e AstraZeneca-Oxford, e em minoria com Sinovac/CoronaVac. Impacto positivo na saúde (82,5%). Boa experiência com o esquema de vacinação COVID-19 (65%). Efeitos percebidos: dores de cabeça (cerca de 32,5%); dores articulares (muito 15%), dores musculares (pouco 25%), cansaço (pouco 22,5%), horas de sono afetadas (cerca de 17,5%); desconforto geral (cerca de 30%), erupção cutânea (nenhum 97,5%); urticária (nenhuma 92,5%). Não apresentavam outros sintomas (85%).
