The objective of this research was to contribute to the discussion about the possible implementation of technological tools to improve the pedagogical process in educational institutions in the province of Esmeraldas. This article has been derived from the Linkage Program with the FACAD Society: Roulette as an Educational Tool, carried out by the Teachers and students of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the UTLVT by evidencing the limitations in the knowledge of ICT in relation to the process. of teaching and learning in pedagogical environments and the use of didactic and playful tools in the interaction in the educational system. The main method used was the descriptive documentary, through the analysis of specialized literature and description of the status quo. As general conclusions, it is perceived that in addition to the great potential that technologies offer to improve educational environments, it is possible that students are motivated to carry out activities incorporating technologies more frequently, therefore, institutions must base their practice on the implementation of digital portals. to which the educational population has access.
