Resumo: | The objective of the research was to analyze the implementation of technology to monitor and improve the management capacity of the motivation of human talent in the mypymes of the Portoviejo Canton, Manabí Province. The methodology was oriented to the positivist paradigm; the type of study was descriptive, the design was non-experimental cross-sectional, the information was collected through the survey technique and the instrument was a Likert-type scaling questionnaire with closed questions. The population was made up of 150 officials and the sample was obtained by simple random sampling, being made up of 108 workers of the entity. Conclusion: the implementation of new technological tools within the company requires a strategy to adequately manage resistance to change, ranging from training in the use of these systems, to communication management and the necessary interventions that guarantee that the initiatives are carried out. become part of the organization's operations. |

La metodología se orientó al paradigma positivista; el tipo de estudio fue descriptivo, el diseño no experimental transversal, la información fue recolectada a través de la técnica de encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario tipo escalamiento de Likert de preguntas cerradas. La población quedó conformada por 150 funcionarios y la muestra se obtuvo por muestreo aleatorio simple, quedando constituida por 108 trabajadores de la entidad. Conclusión: la implementación de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas dentro de la empresa requiere una estrategia para gestionar adecuadamente la resistencia al cambio, abarcando desde la capacitación en el uso de estos sistemas, hasta el manejo de la comunicación y las intervenciones necesarias que garanticen que las iniciativas se conviertan en parte de las operaciones de la organización.O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar a implementação de tecnologia para monitorar e melhorar a capacidade de gestão da motivação do talento humano nos mímicos do Cantão de Portoviejo, Província de Manabí. A metodologia foi orientada para o paradigma positivista; o tipo de estudo foi descritivo, o desenho foi transversal não experimental, as informações foram coletadas por meio da técnica de survey e o instrumento foi um questionário escalonável do tipo Likert com perguntas fechadas. A população foi composta por 150 funcionários e a amostra foi obtida por amostragem aleatória simples, sendo composta por 108 trabalhadores da entidade.
