Ecotourism is a tourist activity segment that presents experiences in natural environments to the ecotourist, providing moments of environmental education with direct and indirect introduction into a new knowledge. The trails are recognized as important tools for education and interpretation, besides providing relevant activities within the conservation unit. The problem with this study is related to the lack of structuring of Serra do Espírito Santo Trail located on the State Park of Jalapão, attraction that is being increasingly used by visitors. The main objective of this work is to generate relevant data to possibility of suitability of the Serra do Espírito Santo Trail. The work is enriched with the bibliographical research and basic research of a quantitative-descriptive and exploratory besides an unstructured interview. The results achieved by the study presents the physical structure of the track with a focus on sustainability.
