Resumo: | This work aims to analyze the development of an investigative teaching sequence about transgenics, aiming at the scientific literacy of elementary school students. The proposed theme encompasses scientific and technological knowledge that enables didactic work with an interest in multidimensional discussions, according to the CTSA (Science, Technology, Society and Environment) approach. Through the development of investigative teaching sequence, we were able to infer that the three activities proposed (surveying transgenics at home, interviews with family members, and building comics at Pixton) enabled students to act as central authors of their teaching-learning process, as well as develop scientific skills, such as logical thinking, formulation of hypotheses and organization of information and concepts. |

El tema propuesto engloba conocimientos científicos y tecnológicos que posibilitan el trabajo didáctico con interés en discusiones multidimensionales, según el enfoque CTSA (Ciencia, Tecnología, Sociedad y Medio Ambiente). A través del secuencia de enseñanza investigativa pudimos inferir que las tres actividades propuestas (encuesta de transgénicos en casa, entrevistas a familiares y construcción de historietas en Pixton), permitieron a los estudiantes actuar como autores centrales de su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y también desarrollar habilidades científicas, como el pensamiento lógico, la formulación de hipótesis y la organización de información y conceptos.Este trabalho consiste em analisar o desenvolvimento de uma sequência de ensino investigativa sobre transgênicos, visando a alfabetização científica de estudantes do ensino fundamental. A temática proposta abarca conhecimentos científicos e tecnológicos que possibilitam um trabalho didático com interesse em discussões multidimensionais, de acordo com o enfoque CTSA (Ciência, Tecnologia, Sociedade e Ambiente).
