Contributions by preceptors of the pedagogical residence program for residents/degrees in Biological Sciences at IFSUL CAVG in the pandemic scenario

Resumo: | The general objective of this work is to know the perceptions of residents linked to the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) of the degree course in Biological Sciences at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Sul-Rio-Grandense - Campus Pelotas Visconde da Graça (IFSul/CaVG) on the contributions of program preceptors during the pandemic. Methodologically, we opted for the investigation of qualitative analysis and content analysis, based on the responses of former resident students to a questionnaire sent digitally together with a free and informed consent form. We found that despite the pandemic having impacted the progress of the program, students highlighted the contributions of preceptors in improving the skills of residents who were guided and motivated in the face of remote teaching, especially in the use of educational resources. |

Metodológicamente, se optó por la investigación de análisis cualitativo y análisis de contenido, a partir de las respuestas de los ex alumnos residentes a un cuestionario enviado digitalmente junto con un formulario de consentimiento libre e informado. Encontramos que a pesar de que la pandemia impactó en el avance del programa, los estudiantes destacaron los aportes de los preceptores en la mejora de las habilidades de los residentes quienes fueron orientados y motivados frente a la enseñanza a distancia, especialmente en el uso de los recursos educativos.Esse trabalho tem como objetivo geral conhecer as percepções dos residentes vinculados ao Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP) do curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas do Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-Rio-Grandense - Campus Pelotas Visconde da Graça (IFSul/CaVG) sobre as contribuições dos preceptores do programa durante a pandemia. Metodologicamente optou-se pela investigação de análise qualitativa e análise de conteúdo, a partir das respostas dos estudantes residentes egressos a um questionário enviado por meio digital juntamente com termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido.
