REFLECTIONS ON PRO PERSON AUTONOMY AS THE BASIS OF EDUCATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CULTURE OF PEACE

Resumo: | In the field of Human Rights, there is a concept that, from the constitutional reform of 2011, has had some development in the legal and political spheres of our country, despite this, its application in the individual and social spheres has been wasted, I mean the Pro Homine or Pro Person concept. Although some authors have considered that Mexico has managed to position itself as a pioneer, being the first to implement this principle simultaneously with the block of constitutionality and conventionality control, it is also true that in recent decades it has been pointed out by various public institutions and some authors, the importance of education with a Human Rights approach for its adequate materialization in the daily life of all people, and with it, avoid that these prerogatives around human dignity remain only at the declarative level. In this sense, the concern arises, centered on the training of human resources, around a new concept proposed from the clear conviction of the writer. I refer, of course to the Pro Person Autonomy and its importance in education and in the development of a culture for peace. |

Existe en el campo de los Derechos Humanos, un concepto que a partir de la reforma constitucional de 2011, ha tenido cierto desarrollo en los ámbitos jurídico y político de nuestro país, pese a ello, se ha desaprovechado su aplicación en las esferas individual y social, me refiero al concepto Pro Homine o Pro Persona. Si bien algunos autores han considerado que México ha logrado posicionarse como pionero, al ser el primero en implementar dicho principio de forma simultánea, con el bloque de constitucionalidad y control de convencionalidad, también es cierto que en las últimas décadas se ha señalado por diversas instituciones públicas y algunos autores, la importancia de la educación con enfoque de Derechos Humanos, para su adecuada materialización en la vida diaria de todas las personas, y con ello, evitar que estas prerrogativas en torno a la dignidad humana queden únicamente a nivel declarativo. En este sentido, me surge la inquietud, centrada en la formación de recursos humanos, en torno a un nuevo concepto propuesto desde la clara convicción de quien escribe, me refiero por supuesto, a la Autonomía Pro Persona y a su importancia en la educación y en el desarrollo de una cultura para la paz. No campo dos Direitos Humanos, existe um conceito que, desde a reforma constitucional de 2011, teve algum desenvolvimento nas esferas jurídica e política de nosso país, apesar disso, sua aplicação nas esferas individual e social tem sido desperdiçada. , Refiro-me ao conceito Pro Homine ou Pro Persona. Embora alguns autores tenham considerado que o México conseguiu se posicionar como pioneiro, ao ser o primeiro a implementar esse princípio simultaneamente, com o bloqueio de constitucionalidade e controle de convencionalidade, também é verdade que nas últimas décadas tem sido apontado por diversas instituições públicas e alguns autores, a importância da educação com enfoque nos Direitos Humanos, para sua adequada materialização no cotidiano de todas as pessoas, e assim, evitar que essas prerrogativas em torno da dignidade humana permaneçam apenas no plano declarativo.
