NEW HIGH SCHOOL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN THE STATE OF SANTA CATARINA

Resumo: The aim of this article is to analyze the main guidelines for secondary technical vocational education in the state of Santa Catarina resulting from the reform of secondary education. Based on documentary analysis, it identifies how the in-depth paths in the technical and professional training itinerary were established in the notebooks that make up the High School Core Curriculum of the State of Santa Catarina. It shows that the notion of competencies has been taken up again and that inverted duality has been reinforced in the development of educational policy. Although there are some points of contradiction in the construction of the curriculum, the notion of competences and the subordination of vocational training to market interests is hegemonic.

A partir del análisis documental, identifica cómo se establecieron los trayectos de profundización en el itinerario de formación técnico-profesional en los cuadernos que componen el Currículo Básico de la Enseñanza Media del Estado de Santa Catarina. Muestra que se retomó la noción de competencias y se reforzó la dualidad invertida en el desarrollo de la política educacional. Aunque haya algunos puntos de contradicción en la construcción del currículo, la noción de competencias y la subordinación de la formación profesional a los intereses del mercado es hegemónica.O artigo tem por objetivo analisar as principais orientações sobre educação profissional técnica de nível médio no estado de Santa Catarina decorrentes da reforma do ensino médio. A partir da análise documental, identifica-se como foram estabelecidas as trilhas de aprofundamento no itinerário de formação técnica e profissional presentes nos cadernos que compõem o Currículo Base do Ensino Médio do Território Catarinense. Verifica-se a retomada da noção de competências e o reforço da dualidade invertida na elaboração da política educacional.
