JUSTICE, PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE AND HUMAN FORMATION IN PAUL RICOEUR'S THOUGHT

Resumo: | This article aims to reflect on the fragility of human action by returning to the Ricoeurian perspective of justice in an attempt to enlarge the conception of human formation. Its objective is to explore Ricoeur's thought on the understanding of justice and the just, considering that these concepts provide a basis for the constitution of an capable subject. The problem that orientates this research is to understand to what extent the Ricoeurian category of practical wisdom contributes to thinking about a larger conception of human formation. Supported by a qualitative research, theoretical-bibliographical in terms of procedures and of a hermeneutic character, we based it on the hypothesis that the sense of justice, permeated by the idea of practical knowledge, enhances the understanding of a subject capable of well-acting and of giving meaning and significance to their experiences. To enable this, we begin by recovering the teleological tradition, followed by the deontological tradition and, finally, we concentrate on the Ricoeurian idea of practical knowledge, attempting to problematize the concept of imagination, which expands and qualifies the idea of human formation. It is concluded that the Ricoeurian perspective of justice, anchored in the idea of practical knowledge, awakens and enhances imagination and creativity, and pushes the subject to become capable of understanding oneself, the other and the world. |

Su objetivo es explorar los conceptos de justicia y de lo justo en Ricoeur, en la medida en que estos conceptos constituyen las bases para la constitución de un sujeto capaz. El problema que guía esta investigación es comprender en qué medida la categoría de sabiduría práctica ricoeuriana contribuye a pensar una concepción más amplia de la formación humana. Apoyados en una investigación cualitativa, de carácter teórico-bibliográfico con enfoque hermenéutico, basamos nuestra hipótesis en la idea de que el sentido de justicia, permeado por la idea de sabiduría práctica, potencia la comprensión de un sujeto capaz de actuar bien y atribuir sentido y significado a sus experiencias. Para esto comenzamos recuperando la tradición teleológica, pasamos a la deontológica y, finalmente, nos centramos en la idea ricoeuriana de sabiduría práctica, buscando problematizar el concepto de imaginación, que amplía y matiza la idea de formación humana. Concluimos que la perspectiva ricoeuriana de justicia, anclada en la idea de sabiduría práctica, despierta y potencia la imaginación y la creatividad, e impulsa al sujeto a ser capaz de leerse a sí mismo, a los otros y al mundo.Este artigo busca refletir sobre a fragilidade do agir humano retomando a perspectiva ricoeuriana de justiça na busca de alargar a concepção de formação humana. Seu objetivo é cercar no pensamento de Ricoeur a compreensão acerca da justiça e de justo, uma vez que nestes conceitos, encontra-se um aporte para a constituição de um sujeito capaz. O problema que orienta esta pesquisa é compreender em que medida a categoria de sabedoria prática ricoeuriana, contribui para pensar uma concepção alargada de formação humana. Amparados por uma pesquisa qualitativa, teórico-bibliográfica quanto aos procedimentos e de cunho hermenêutico, assentamos na hipótese de que o senso de justiça, perpassado pela ideia de sabedoria prática, potencializa a compreensão de um sujeito, capaz de bem agir e de atribuir sentido e significado às suas experiências. Para tanto, iniciamos recuperando a tradição teleológica, na sequência a tradição deontológica e, por fim, centramo-nos na ideia ricoeuriana de sabedoria prática, buscando problematizar o conceito de imaginação, que amplia e qualifica a ideia de formação humana.
