THE CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATION PROJECTS IN MORAL VALUES IN A MUNICIPAL SCHOOL IN VITÓRIA-ES

Resumo: | This study aimed to investigate whether educators acquired theoretical and methodological knowledge to develop an education project based on moral values in line with those that can be considered successful by authors in the field. To this end, there was guidance in the preparation of the education project on moral values, which took place during workshops held in a training course. Nine professionals from a municipal elementary school participated in the workshops. The qualitative analysis of the project indicated aspects that are pointed out by the literature as necessary for the education in moral values to be considered successful. That said, we consider that the workshops provided the professionals with an instrument for an action proposal that considers the moral development of the student, even though more training spaces are needed within the workload for better development of these actions. |

Para ello, se orientó en la elaboración del proyecto de educación en valores morales, que se llevó a cabo durante los talleres realizados en un curso de formación. En los talleres participaron nueve profesionales de una escuela primaria municipal. El análisis cualitativo del proyecto indicó aspectos que son señalados por la literatura como necesarios para que la educación en valores morales sea considerada exitosa. Dicho esto, consideramos que los talleres brindaron a los profesionales un instrumento para una propuesta de acción que considere el desarrollo moral del alumno, aunque se necesitan más espacios de formación dentro de la carga de trabajo para un mejor desarrollo de estas acciones.Este estudo teve por objetivo investigar se os educadores adquiriram conhecimentos teóricos e metodológicos para elaborar projeto de educação em valores morais em consonância com os que podem ser considerados por autores da área como bem-sucedidos. Para tanto, houve orientação na elaboração do projeto de educação em valores morais, que aconteceram durante oficinas realizadas em um curso de formação. Nove profissionais de uma escola de ensino fundamental da rede municipal participaram das oficinas. A análise qualitativa do projeto indicou aspectos que são pontuados pela literatura como necessários para que a educação em valores morais seja considerada bem-sucedida.
