THE CREATIVE AND REFLECTIVE PRAXIS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PEDAGOGICAL POLITICAL PROJECT BASED ON THE FREIREAN PERSPECTIVE

Resumo: | Praxiological discussions in the development of critical-emancipatory education are essential. In this study, the dimensions of creative and reflective praxis were analyzed in the elaboration of a Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of a public school, based on the educational perspective of Paulo Freire. To this end, a training course for educators was held, involving the local and school community of a municipality in the south of Bahia, with a focus on obtaining and developing Gearing Themes. The information, obtained through video recordings of the meetings with residents and educators, were analyzed through the Discursive Textual Analysis, based on the categories: a) The reflective praxis in the process of understanding the demands of the Iguape community; b) The creative praxis in the collective work of building the PPP of School Padre Giuseppe Bonomi. It is noteworthy that the reflective and creative praxis are inseparable in a humanizing PPP, as they are related both to the development of the consciousness of the subjects of the local and school community, regarding the dialectic of collective work between school and community in overcoming local demands. |

En este estudio, se analizaron las dimensiones de la praxis creativa y reflexiva en la elaboración de un Proyecto Político Pedagógico para una escuela pública, basado en la perspectiva educativa de Freire. Con este fin, se realizó un curso de capacitación para educadores, que involucró a la comunidad local y escolar de un municipio en el sur de Bahía. La información, obtenida a través de grabaciones en video de las reuniones con residentes y educadores, se analizó a través del Análisis Discursivo Textual, basado en las categorías: a) La praxis reflexiva en el proceso de comprensión de las demandas de la comunidad Iguape; b) La praxis creativa en el trabajo colectivo de construcción del PPP de la escuela Padre Giuseppe Bonomi. Cabe destacar que la praxis reflexiva y creativa son inseparables en un PPP humanizador, ya que están relacionadas tanto con el desarrollo de la conciencia de los sujetos de la comunidad local como de la escuela, sobre la dialéctica del trabajo colectivo entre la escuela y la comunidad para superar las demandas locales. São imprescindíveis as discussões praxiológicas no desenvolvimento de uma educação crítico-emancipatória. Neste estudo, foram analisadas as dimensões da práxis criadora e reflexiva na elaboração de um Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) de uma escola pública, pautado na perspectiva educacional de Paulo Freire. Para isso, realizou-se um curso de formação de educadoras, envolvendo a comunidade local e escolar de um município no Sul da Bahia, com foco na obtenção e desenvolvimento de Temas Geardores. As informações, obtidas por meio de videogravações dos encontros com moradores e educadoras, foram analisadas mediante a Análise Textual Discursiva, com base nas categorias: a) A práxis reflexiva no processo de compreensão das demandas da comunidade do Iguape; b) A práxis criadora no trabalho coletivo de construção do PPP da Escola Padre Guiuseppe Bonomi.
