Resumo: Objective: to reflect on the use of knowledge translation in nursing research for people with Parkinson's disease. Method: This is a theoretical-reflective study, guided by the knowledge cycle model for knowledge translation action. Results: The conceptual structure of the knowledge-to-action cycle is presented to achieve the best results in the translation of knowledge in nursing, research programs oriented from this conceptual structure play an important role in activities such as its dissemination, as it involves participants in each stage of the process, favoring the integration of evidence in the daily nursing action in the care of people with Parkinson's disease. Final Considerations: As implications for practice, the knowledge-to-action cycle model is capable of guiding and structuring research on the translation of nursing knowledge, as well as sustaining the process of effective and innovative practices in nursing care for people with Parkinson's disease.

Método: Se trata de un estudio teórico-reflexivo, orientado por el modelo del ciclo del conocimiento para la acción de traducción del conocimiento. Resultados: Se presenta la estructura conceptual del ciclo conocimiento a la acción para lograr los mejores resultados en la traducción del conocimiento en enfermería, los programas de investigación orientados desde esta estructura conceptual juegan un papel importante en actividades como su difusión, ya que involucra a los participantes en cada etapa del proceso, favoreciendo la integración de las evidencias en el actuar cotidiano de enfermería en el cuidado de las personas con enfermedad de Parkinson. Consideraciones Finales: Como implicaciones para la práctica, el modelo del ciclo del conocimiento a la acción es capaz de orientar y estructurar investigaciones sobre la traducción del conocimiento de enfermería, así como sustentar el proceso de prácticas eficaces e innovadoras en el cuidado de enfermería a las personas con enfermedad de Parkinson .  Objetivo: refletir sobre o uso da translação do conhecimento na pesquisa em enfermagem as pessoas com doença de Parkinson. Método: Trata-se de estudo teórico-reflexivo, guiado pelo modelo do ciclo do conhecimento para ação da translação do conhecimento. Resultados: Apresenta-se a estrutura conceitual do ciclo do conhecimento para ação para alcançar os melhores resultados de translação do conhecimento na enfermagem, programas de pesquisa orientados a partir desta estrutura conceitual tem importante papel em atividades como disseminação deste, vez que envolve os participantes em cada etapa do processo, favorecendo a integração de evidências na ação cotidiana de enfermagem no cuidado as pessoas com doença de Parkinson.
