Resumo: Objective: to validate with experts the topics of the online course structure for nurses on pressure injury assessment and recording. Method: methodological study carried out in four stages: 1. Situational diagnosis in databases, national protocols and legal publications; 2. Theoretical framework; 3. Construction of the course structure; 4. Validation of the structure of the online course by 13 expert judges in stomatherapy/dermatology. The criterion for validation was agreement above 80%, analyzed using the Content Validity Index. Results: the final version of the online course structure presented Content Validity Index = 0.95 in the first round, that is, 95% agreement. Final Considerations: the structure of the online course for nurses on the assessment and recording of pressure injuries was considered valid, constituting an adequate care-educational technology, with the aim of supporting generalist nurses to assess pressure injuries and carry out the registration in an efficient way. standardized, contributing to the qualification of the nursing process for safe care.

Construcción de la estructura del curso; 4. Validación de la estructura del curso online por 13 jueces expertos en estomaterapia/dermatología. El criterio de validación fue concordancia superior al 80% analizado mediante el Índice de Validez de Contenido. Resultados: la versión final de la estructura del curso en línea presentó Índice de Validez de Contenido = 0,95 en la primera ronda, o sea, 95% de acuerdo. Consideraciones Finales: se consideró válida la estructura del curso en línea para enfermeros sobre evaluación y registro de lesiones por presión, constituyendo una tecnología asistencial-educativa adecuada, con el objetivo de apoyar a los enfermeros generalistas a evaluar las lesiones por presión y realizar el registro de manera eficiente. estandarizado, contribuyendo a la cualificación del proceso de enfermería para un cuidado seguro.Objetivo: validar com especialistas os tópicos da estrutura de curso online para enfermeiros sobre avaliação e registro de lesão por pressão. Resultados: a versão final da estrutura do curso online apresentou IVC= 0,95 na primeira rodada, ou seja, 95% de concordância.
