Resumo: General objective: To report experiences of permanent health education in basic life support and peripheral venipuncture techniques for nursing professionals in a family health unit. Specific objectives: To update the knowledge of the unit's professionals in Basic Life Support; Training of peripheral venipuncture techniques for the nursing team. Methods: Descriptive study of an experience report, based on the discussions of Nursing students in the Curriculum Internship component with the preceptor, in order to outline educational actions to train professionals at a family health unit in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The discussions took place in the unit during the internship period, which began in August 2022. Results: The gaps presented by the professionals were: for the entire unit, knowledge in Basic Life Support and for the team of nursing technicians, the peripheral vein puncture. Final Considerations: The training actions were successful and contributed positively to the practice of the unit's professionals, reinforcing the importance of updating activities and periodic training on relevant topics for practice in the health service.

Objetivos específicos: Actualizar los conocimientos de los profesionales de la unidad en Soporte Vital Básico; Entrenamiento de técnicas de venopunción periférica para el equipo de enfermería. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo de relato de experiencia, a partir de las discusiones de estudiantes de Enfermería en el componente de Pasantía Curricular con el preceptor, con el fin de delinear acciones educativas para formar profesionales en una unidad de salud de la familia en la ciudad de Salvador, Bahía. Las discusiones ocurrieron en la unidad durante el período de pasantía, que comenzó en agosto de 2022. Resultados: Las lagunas presentadas por los profesionales fueron: para toda la unidad, conocimiento en Soporte Básico de Vida y para el equipo de técnicos de enfermería, la punción venosa periférica. Consideraciones finales: Las acciones de capacitación fueron exitosas y contribuyeron positivamente para la práctica de los profesionales de la unidad, reforzando la importancia de las actividades de actualización y capacitación periódica en temas relevantes para la práctica en el servicio de salud.Objetivo geral: Relatar experiências de educação permanente em saúde em suporte básico de vida e de técnicas de punção venosa periférica para os profissionais de enfermagem numa unidade de saúde da família. Objetivo específicos: Atualizar os conhecimentos dos profissionais da unidade em Suporte básico de vida; Treinamento das técnicas de punção venosa periférica para a equipe de enfermagem. Métodos: Estudo descritivo de relato de experiência, a partir das discussões de estudantes de Enfermagem no componente Estágio Curricular com o preceptor, a fim de traçar ações educativas para capacitar os profissionais de uma unidade de saúde da família na cidade de Salvador, Bahia. As discussões ocorreram na unidade durante o período de estágio, que teve início em agosto de 2022. Resultados: As lacunas apresentadas pelos profissionais foram: para toda a unidade, conhecimento no Suporte Básico de Vida e para a equipe de técnicos de enfermagem, a punção venosa periférica.
