CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLINICAL NURSING PROTOCOL FOR INVESTIGATION OF ENDOMETRIOSIS IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

Resumo: Objective: Development of a Nursing clinical protocol for investigating the risk of developing endometriosis in primary care. Method: Methodological study involving the construction of a measuring instrument. The construction was carried out through an integrative literature review. After the construction, the instrument was submitted to evaluation by a committee of five specialists, who are doctors in Nursing with expertise in the topic addressed, and using the Content Validity Index (CVI) to calculate the level of agreement among them. Results: The instrument was constructed containing nine domains: identification, sociodemographic profile, gynecological and obstetric antecedents, family history, lifestyle and psychosocial factors, outpatient evaluation, gynecological clinical evaluation: anamnesis, outpatient evaluation, gynecological clinical evaluation: physical examination and risk classification, and flowchart of procedures. In the expert committee evaluation phase, the five judges evaluated the instrument by assigning values of I-CVI (0.86 and 1.00) to each domain. Conclusion: The preliminary instrument was considered valid for its intended purposes, and it is recommended that it undergo a more detailed process of evaluating its psychometric properties.

Método: Estudio metodológico que abarca la construcción de un instrumento de medición. La construcción se llevó a cabo mediante una revisión integradora de la literatura. Después de la construcción, el instrumento fue sometido a la evaluación de un comité de cinco especialistas, todos ellos médicos enfermeros con experiencia en la materia y utilizando el Índice de Validez de Contenido (IVC) para calcular el nivel de acuerdo entre ellos. Resultados: El instrumento se construyó conteniendo nueve dominios: identificación, perfil sociodemográfico, antecedentes ginecológicos y obstétricos, historia familiar, hábitos de vida y factores psicosociales, evaluación ambulatoria, evaluación clínica ginecológica: anamnesis, evaluación ambulatoria, evaluación clínica ginecológica: examen físico y clasificación de riesgo, y flujo de conducta. En la fase de evaluación del comité de especialistas, los cinco jueces evaluaron el instrumento asignando valores I-IVC (0,86 y 1,00) para cada dominio. Conclusión: El instrumento preliminar se consideró válido para los fines a los que se destina, y se recomienda que se someta a un proceso más detallado de evaluación de sus propiedades psicométricas.Objetivo: Construção de um protocolo clínico de Enfermagem para investigação de risco de desenvolvimento de endometriose na Atenção Básica.
