Objective: to identify the technologies developed to promote the health of adolescents with DM I, in addition to searching the literature for types of technologies and also describing the limitations of their applicability. Method: This is an integrative literature review. They used the following descriptors accompanied by the Boolean logical operator in the search strategy: adolescent and diabetes mellitus and health promotion. Articles published between 2012 and 2022 were included, regardless of language, available in full, which in practice address technologies for promoting the health of adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus. published in books, congresses and conferences and/or articles and books and/or secondary studies. From the searches, 45 articles were retrieved. After applying the eligibility criteria, five articles were considered eligible. Results: The results found showed that monitoring with technologies enabled satisfaction with the treatment as well as a decrease in suffering in relation to the disease. The studies, in general, presented successful results and did not report or have difficulties in their applications or in their final result. Only one article that related the technology used with improvement in quality of life did not find a positive correlation between the two. Final considerations: After comparing the technologies, the potential of the inclusion of technologies was observed, either in the clinical management of the disease or focused on education in the treatment of DM1
