Resumo: | Trata do problema da poluição plástica nos oceanos, a também conhecida “sopa de plástico”. Alerta para o crescente perigo dessa poluição e para os problemas desafiadores no campo do Direito Internacional, com especial perspectiva no terceiro mundo. Enumera considerações que poderiam impedir tensões na dinâmica norte-sul. |
