Resumo: | Demonstra a dependência que a Convenção da Biodiversidade e a aplicabilidade do art. 8 (j) têm do ato de demarcação de terras indígenas. Apresenta experiência histórica, social e legal da Austrália com os aborígenes. Destaca que na ausência da demarcação das terras indígenas a Convenção de Biodiversidade se torna letra morta e sem aplicabilidade no contexto local do país signatário do tratado. |
